When that happens, being able to trace your steps back to the first thread is invaluable. I created this journal for that exact reason.
 
I needed one place to hold my memories, teachings, and encounters from the spirit world. Too many times I’d tucked notes into old notebooks, only to lose the thread when those pages were repurposed or forgotten. This is your place to keep them safe.

At the front you’ll find an index section, where you can record key words for each journey - perhaps “runic, upper world, teaching on Raidho.” This makes it easy to revisit older work and trace patterns through your spiritual practice. Because everything is linked in the wyrd, even if we don’t yet know how.
