RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Earthwoven Shamanism, we want your experience to be as smooth as spirit’s flow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We will happily refund or replace any items that arrive damaged, as your trust and satisfaction are important to us.
Drums & Handmade Items
All drums are birthed from natural materials and may vary slightly in tone or colour compared to the images shown. Variations may also appear due to individual screen settings. These natural differences are part of each drum’s unique spirit and character, and are not considered defects.

Due to the handmade nature of all our creations, small imperfections may occur. These are an inherent part of the crafting process and do not affect the quality or integrity of the item.
Custom Orders
Custom items (drums, rattles, any other handmade item made to order) are created in collaboration with you. Once you have confirmed your final drum, returns are not accepted. This ensures each piece remains a true and personal ceremonial ally.
