About the event
To birth a drum is to call a spirit into being. In this one-day ceremonial workshop, we will walk together through the sacred process: honouring the spirits of hide and wood, journeying to meet your new helpers, and learning the art of lacing your drum with prayer and song. The day will close with calling in the spirit of your drum - receiving its name, wisdom, and the medicine it carries for your path.
This workshop is for a 16" Stag hide on Ash hoop drum, combining the strength of the forest guardian with the grounding wisdom of the world tree.
Horse and Reindeer hides, as well as Rosewood hoops and other sizes, may be available by request - please contact me before booking to check current availability and pricing.
